The Cambridge School of Beauty Therapy is based in Sawston, seven miles south of the city. The school was established in 1983 and is well known in the industry for providing students with first class training.
Qualifications attained are CIDESCO and CIBTAC -these diploma levels in Beauty Therapy and Electrolysis enable the student to work overseas and in the UK. Within the academic year students are also taught Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage.
In order to achieve these prestigious diplomas students have to be motivated and dedicated as the training program is so intense. Courses commence in September each year and fees are payable in instalments throughout the training period.
Students from all over the world have trained at the Cambridge School of Beauty Therapy and many own their own salons in their country of origin.
